Xi 'an Football Center

Xi 'an International Football Center is located at the core of the new axis of the new center of Xi 'an, east of Fuxing Avenue in Fengdong New Town of Xixian New District, and north of Ketong Third Road. The total land area of the project is 280 mu, the total construction area is about 250,000 square meters, including a 60,000 seat football field and two international standard outdoor training fields, which can meet the needs of all international A-level events except the opening and closing ceremonies.

In terms of design, the project was jointly designed by Zaha Hadid Architects in the UK, the famous iDEA Architects and Shanghai Institute of Architectural Design and Research.First acted as a curtain wall consultant for the project. The overall style of the football center is integrated into the elements of ' Zhou Qin Temple, Han and Tang Dynasties '. The dome adopts the concept of the ancient Chinese heaven and the earth, and the eaves are built according to the arc of the large-span eaves of the Zhou and Qin Dynasties. The top pattern and the column also follow the architectural features of the Qin and Han Dynasties and the Sui and Tang Dynasties.

The construction of Xi 'an International Football Center Stadium is carried out according to high quality and high standards, and the construction organization is busy and orderly. Up to now, the project mainly carries on the exterior facade curtain wall decoration, outdoor landscape construction has been completed. The south facade curtain wall of the venue has been presented on a large scale and is scheduled to be delivered at the end of the year. As the first professional football stadium in the northwest region, Xi 'an 's ability to host international football matches is greatly improved.

Wuhan Heart of Design

The heart of Wuhan design is located in Sanyang Road along the river in Hankou. It is a 150,000-square urban renaissance fusion composed of office buildings, blocks, houses and apartments. It shoulders the important task of industrial upgrading of the creative design city on the left bank of the Yangtze River, the capital of design, carries the historical mission of the new generation of the old city, and integrates historical humanities, creative inspiration and elegance with the essence of Hankou style architecture for a hundred years.

In terms of spatial form, the heart of ocean-going Wuhan design is characterized by ' compound open creative, office, living and design parks ', fully considering the spatial texture of surrounding historical blocks ; in terms of area, the total building area is 150,000 square meters, including 70,000 square meters of Grade A office buildings, 15,000 square meters of designer apartments, 30,000 square meters of open pedestrian commercial blocks and double-creation spaces at the station of Linjinghan Avenue Rail Transit Line 1, and 35,000 square meters of overlooking Jiang residential buildings on Linzhongshan Avenue, with park green space and more than 1,400 underground parking spaces.

In the process of providing curtain wall consulting services for the project, Foster calculates the energy-saving parameters for the curtain wall, summarizes the glass configuration of each building, and designs the office wind pressure zoning and energy-saving checking. In order to implement the project effect and verify the design effect, we also worked with the project curtain wall construction party to produce a curtain wall VMU visual template for multi-function halls, podium businesses, office building apartment houses, etc. At the same time, the key and difficult parts of the project, such as radian plate, drainage hole and unit aluminum plate, were tested in equal proportion.

Wenzhou InCity MEGA

The D29 and D31 plots included in the Wenzhou Impression City MEGA project are located in the central axis-central green axis plate of Wenzhou Lucheng District, located on the southwest side of the intersection of Shifu Road and Jinjiang Road in Wenzhou Lucheng District. The central green axis is a hot construction section of Wenzhou City in recent years, which integrates government affairs, culture, residence, education, leisure and entertainment. There are many kinds of materials, 18 kinds of D29 and D31 glass, 3 kinds of metal plate and 17 kinds of curtain wall system. In order to emphasize the urban public space, the design concept of ' composite function ', D29 plots to create a variety of geometric modeling of the block staggered shape.

Changsha Merchants Meixi Lake Garden City

Changsha Merchants Meixi Lake Garden City is located at the intersection of the first and second phases of the Meixi Lake International New City, and is located on the south side of the ' super axis ' of Meixi Lake. The project is positioned as the " 24 Hours · Senhuo Children 's Walk " scientific and technological ecological aerobic MALL. It designs and excavates the humanistic history and urban spirit of Changsha. It takes the oasis city surrounded by mountains and rivers and the night city with active night economy as the concept. Through the creation of multiple main formats and shared spaces such as characteristic food streets, children 's parks, giant screen cinemas, and core landscape atriums, it realizes the shopping experience of shopping while playing and multiple immersion.

Sunac Wuhan 1890 plot-32#-B, C, D  project

By combining commercial activities and avant-garde aesthetics, Aedas transformed the project site into Wuhan 1890, a complex of creative communities and businesses. The old factory building of Hanyang Iron Factory is reborn as an artwork displaying the beauty of industry, giving it new functions to integrate into the rapid development of today 's cities. Wuhan 1890 will become a new memory of the city and a new cultural symbol of Wuhan.
