From March 20 to 21, the 10 th Building and Curtain Wall Design Summit was successfully held in Shanghai. The conference gathered many architectural designers, structural engineers, curtain wall designers and material manufacturers in the industry to discuss and exchange excellent projects and advanced technologies in the building curtain wall industry, with a view to playing a leading role in the entire building curtain wall industry. 

Hu Xiaocong, Deputy Chief Engineer of FORCITIS, was invited to participate in the 10 th Summit Forum on Building and Curtain Wall Design. The theme of the speech was the thinking and practice of super high-rise skin design - Guangzhou Financial City Huijin Center.

The Shimao Guangzhou Financial City Huijin Center project is located in Guangzhou City. The north side is close to Huangpu Avenue and Zhenxing Road. It is also located in the comprehensive commercial area of the financial city portal. The total construction area of the project is about 410,000 square meters. The project includes super-class office buildings, high-end apartments, independent businesses and other formats. It is about a 2-minute walk from Keyun Road Station of Metro Line 5, which has been opened. The traffic hub of the Financial City Station under construction connects Guangzhou 's two major traffic hubs - Guangzhou South Station and Guangzhou Baiyun Airport.

Guangzhou Financial City Huijin Center is a super high-rise unit curtain wall building with micro-torsion space. The forms of curtain wall include : unit glass curtain wall, small unit imitation stone aluminum plate, space shaped wave awning, aluminum alloy grille, aluminum clad steel glass curtain wall, daylighting roof curtain wall ( including main steel structure ), stone curtain wall, aluminum plate curtain wall, BMU, aluminum alloy glass curtain wall, aluminum alloy doors and windows, etc. There are many kinds of materials, more than 10 kinds of glass and 3 kinds of metal plates. There are dozens of curtain wall systems.

In the architectural language, the concept of infinite circulation is put forward, which means infinite growth and infinite circulation, creating infinite possibilities for the whole area. The tower presents a torsional and gradual shape. In the four facades, three small arcs with a radius of R = 5m and a large arc with a gradually increasing radius are used for transition. At both ends of the large arc, a ribbon line with a width of 1.5m is set to receive the transition. The ribbon line extends from the ground to the tower crown and finally returns to the ground at the other end of the arc, thereby achieving the effect of infinite circulation.

Huijin Center is located in the core of the starting area of Guangzhou Financial City. It is jointly built by Shimao Group, China Resources Land and Hejing Taifu. It has two-way riverside water features and superior traffic conditions. It consists of a 320-meter super-class office building, two platinum apartments, and a high-end shopping mall. The design takes ' garden office ' as the entry point, arranges the functional space according to local conditions, and creates the maximum experience of the site.
