The Pro + Award of Shanghai Architectural Society was officially announced on December 30. Following the principle of fairness and openness, more than 40 academicians, masters, experts and scholars in the industry voted anonymously for several rounds, and finally selected the award-winning works from more than 600 projects declared by more than 150 enterprises. The Land and Sea International Center project declared by FORCITIS won the silver award of the facade project.

This year's Pro + Award, as the third award, objectively reflects the outstanding achievements in the process of urban development and construction, promotes architectural innovation, encourages low-carbon practice, and comprehensively considers the design, construction and operation of the project. Model projects with the characteristics of splendid multiculturalism, meeting people's needs and innovative application of science and technology were selected. The Pro Award has become a professional, benchmarking, valuable and credible award in the real estate industry after three sessions.

The evaluation team is composed of academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, masters of national engineering survey and design, professors of universities and chairmen of foreign professional societies, and chief architects of well-known domestic developers.

LUHAI International Center  

Chongqing Vanke, is located in the core international business district of the main city, including commercial, office, hotel and other formats, with a total volume of nearly 500000 square meters. KPF, Gensler, Woods Bagot and other top architectural companies in the world are responsible for its architectural design, and FORCITIS is the facade consultant. Inspired by the cultural heritage and humanistic spirit of the mountain city, it has injected international elements and refreshed the skyline of Chongqing with a height of 458 meters.

The shape of Luhai International Center project is complex, especially the shape of super high-rise towers TP1 and TP2 is elliptical from bottom to top. Small-large-small reverse gradient shape, its ultra-high curtain wall performance and installation accuracy are very strict with curtain wall design, quality, progress control and so on. In system detailed design, FORCITIS not only considers the design of curtain wall system based on the overall perspective of the project to ensure the appearance effect of the project, meet the performance requirements and control the cost, but also puts forward many optimization suggestions beneficial to the project from the perspectives of building safety, building effect, building design, structural design and other disciplines.

Project progress

Chongqing, Youyou Jialing, has endowed it with a unique temperament different from other inland cities, making it find the most exquisite balance between human fireworks and broad-minded mountains and rivers. We also expect that the project will become the 20th building in the world with a height of more than 450 meters. Among the numerous mountain cities, this skyscraper, which covers diversified formats, will become a new business card of Chongqing and inspire the development of a century-old city.
