01.Project inventory

Joy City, Jiangbei, Nanjing

Nanjing Joy City is designed by Benoy, a well-known design company. The project is located in Pukou Chengnan New District, the core business area of the new main city of Jiangbei. To the north of Chengnan River is Pukou Chengnan Center, which is a new planning concept put forward by Pukou District to relieve the functions of the old city and improve the functions of the city center. FORCITIS acts as a curtain wall consultant in this project and works with Benoy to build a one-stop shopping center with culture and commerce.

Shanghai Dongfulong R & D Building

The biopharmaceutical equipment industry project of Dongfulong Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd. focuses on the development of cutting-edge biopharmaceutical technology, the development of new products and the upgrading and iteration of core products. The R & D area on the east side of the building is provided with a high atrium from the first floor to the twelfth floor, facing the facade on the east side. Externally, it cooperates with the transparent suspension curtain wall system of the east facade to form a good display effect with an open attitude. FORCITIS combines lighting and curtain wall design to create an innovative corporate image.

Nanjing Merchants New Xuanwu Project

The project is located in the central area of Hongshan New Town, Tiebei, Xuanwu District, Nanjing City, bounded by Beiyuan East Road in the east, Danxia Road in the south, Hengjia Road in the west, and Wenwu Road and Huafei Road to the north, with a total land area of 214518. 99 square meters. The project is dedicated to creating scattered and interwoven life scenes, connecting different groups of people in different ways. In 2022, FORCITIS formally signed a contract with China Merchants New Xuanwu to act as the curtain wall consultant of this project and jointly build a very modern complex with China Merchants.

Wenzhou Jinmao Aojiang International New Town

Aojiang International New Town Project has invested heavily to build a high-quality city. Around the financial center, business exchange center and talent and resource allocation center, the project will build a garden-style single-family office on Shuishen Road, a Riverview office on Yanjiang Road and a super-high-rise landmark building office, forming a headquarters economic industry cluster, a high-end business service cluster and a life consumption service cluster, presenting a new highland of modern services.

Nanjing Yuhua Plot F Project

The project uses a 200 m tower as the visual center to create a patchwork urban skyline. No matter from which angle, the building seems to be superimposed by a number of "windows" with a full sense of technology. From the "bottom" of each "window", a space extends. FORCITIS worked with Rogers to design "windows" in the facade, from which technology and the future can be seen.

China Merchants Center, Dongguan

Dongguan Merchants Center Project is located at the intersection of Dongguan Avenue and Hongtu Road Station. As the gateway of Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway to Dongguan, Dongguan Avenue runs through Nancheng, covering the administrative center, commercial center and financial center of Dongguan, gathering the flow of people and funds in Dongguan, and linking up the administrative, commercial and living supporting services needed for the economic development of the headquarters. FORCITIS will formally cooperate with China Merchants Shekou to act as the curtain wall consultant of this project and jointly build an urban complex integrating commerce, apartments and offices with China Merchants.

Teslian Chongqing Everbright Artificial Intelligence Industrial Base

Cloud Valley was inspired by the karst landscape of Wulong National Park in Chongqing, where valleys and mountains form an amazing connection between heaven and earth. Hill is the landmark building that will become the area, which provides shelter for the functional space and atrium of the building. The second is "Valley", which provides the largest open-air green roof in China. The public buildings under the new roof are open and will be open to the public. FORCITIS and BIG will work together to provide design solutions for the future city of Chongqing.

Luhai International Center

Chongqing Luhai International Center is located in Chongqing International Business District, with a total investment of about RMB 9 billion, a height of 458.2m and a total construction area of about 520,000m2 which is equivalent to the size of nearly 73 standard football fields. The project is designed by KPF, a top architect, and will become the logistics headquarters base of Chongqing's new land-sea corridor and western land-sea corridor. On June 18, the main tower of the Luhai International Center project, which was constructed by the Third Company of the Third Bureau of China Construction and FORCITIS participated in the curtain wall design, was officially capped and is expected to be completed in 2023.

Xi'an International Football Center

The project of Xi'an International Football Center is located in Fengdong New Town, Xi'an City, covering an area of 180000 square meters, with a sports building grade of Grade A. After the completion of the project, it will meet the needs of undertaking top international football matches and top domestic leagues, as well as professional training of youth football and sports exchanges, commercial performances, large-scale variety shows and other functions. It will become a world-class professional football stadium and a new landmark building in Xi'an. The project is under intensive construction. FORCITIS engineers are stationed on site to guide the assembly of the curtain wall.

Guangzhou Financial City

Located at the core of the starting area of Guangzhou Financial City, Huijin Center is jointly built by Shimao Group, China Resources Land and KWG, with two-way riverside waterscape and superior traffic conditions. It consists of a 320-meter super Grade a office building, two platinum apartments and a high-end shopping mall. The design takes "garden office" as the starting point, arranges the functional space according to local conditions, and creates the maximum experience of the site. FORCITIS acted as curtain wall and lighting consultant for the project. The project has entered the final stage and is expected to be completed in 2023.

Jinan Vanke Metropolis

Located in Quancheng, Jinan, Metropolis Vanke Center is a integrated building covering an area of 111,500㎡. The building is 200m high and consists of a tower and a podium. FORCITIS acted as the curtain wall and lighting consultant in the Metropolis Vanke Center project, and actively cooperated with the scheme and construction company to complete the deepening of the curtain wall bidding drawings and lighting design. The project has now been completed.

Shanghai West Railway Station TOD Complex

The planning and design realizes the design concept of "MIX·LINK" through the reuse of historically protected buildings, the maximum utilization of existing urban traffic and surrounding environmental resources, and the forward-looking design of Kechuang headquarters and a large commercial center with a construction area of about 120,000m2, connecting "history, present and future". FORCITIS acted as a curtain wall consultant on the project.

02.Awards inventory

Architectural Design Award

In February, the list of winners of the Architectural Design Award and Curtain Wall Technology Award of the Architectural Society of China in 2019-2020 was announced, and the FORCITIS declared project "Nanjing Jingfeng Tianyuan International Building" won the third prize of the Curtain Wall Technology Award.

Magnolia Lighting Award

In February, the 2021 Magnolia Lighting Award Ceremony and 2021 China Lighting Design and Urban Development Summit Forum, sponsored by Shanghai Lighting Society and hosted by China Lighting Network, was held in Shanghai. Huai'an Hongyang Hongzhu Grand View Exhibition Center and Nanjing Sunshine City Baijiahu Demonstration Zone declared by FORCITIS won the Excellent Award.

2021-2022 Preferred Service Provider Brand

In March, the brand evaluation of TOP500 preferred suppliers and service providers for the comprehensive strength of real estate development enterprises in 2021-2022 was released, and FORCITIS was selected as the preferred service provider for curtain wall consultation and design by virtue of its high-quality service.

Shortlisted for CREDAWARD Real Estate Design Award

On May 16, Huafa Design and CallisonRTKL jointly designed the work "Huafa Tongjian · Jinjiang Capital" with FORCITIS as the curtain wall consultant, which stood out from more than 1,000 applications and was successfully shortlisted.

FORCITIS lighting works Qingdao Yuexiu Tianyue Bay Exhibition Center won the bronze prize, Huai'an Hongyang Hongzhu Grand View Exhibition Center and Nanjing Sunshine City Tanjing won the excellent prize.

International Architecture Award

FORCITIS and Tsinghua Architectural Design Institute jointly participated in the design of the urban renewal and reconstruction project of Weihai Old Port Area, which stood out among many projects and won the International Architecture Award.

Changsha | Xuhui · Boyue Xiangjiang Sales Office won the Gold Winner of K-Design Award.

Tai Real Estate Award

On June 23, the Asia Pacific Property Awards ceremony was held in London, UK. By virtue of its green, open, ecological and shared design concept and its landmark and leading architecture, Sanya Joy City Urban Complex has won the only five-star award of the highest level in the category of commercial building development in China and the best commercial development project in Hainan Province, China.

REARD 

At the REARD Award Ceremony held on November 22, FORCITIS won the 4th REARD Urban Renewal Design Award, one silver award and one excellent work award, and the 7th REARD Global Real Estate Design Award, one gold award and one excellent work award.

National Quality Engineering Award

China Construction Enterprise Management Association issued the Notice on the Announcement of the List of the First Batch of National Quality Engineering Award Selected Projects in 2022-2023, and the project constructed by Nanjing Zhengning Asset Management Co., Ltd., in which FORCITIS participated in curtain wall design, won the National Quality Engineering Award in 2022-2023.

PRO Award

The Pro + Award of Shanghai Architectural Society was officially announced on December 30. Following the principle of fairness and openness, more than 40 academicians, masters, experts and scholars in the industry voted anonymously for several rounds, and finally selected the award-winning works from more than 600 projects declared by more than 150 enterprises. The Land and Sea International Center project declared by FORCITIS won the silver award of the facade project.

Letter of commendation

Recently, letters of commendation from the owner units have poured in, expressing high affirmation and gratitude to the relevant project teams. FORCITIS will continue to move forward with full harvest in the new year.

The 9th Summit Forum of Architecture and Curtain Wall Design

The 9th Summit Forum on Architecture and Curtain Wall Design was held in Guangzhou on February 25, 2022. Mr. Lu Minghua, General Manager of FORCITIS Nanjing First Division, was invited by the organizer as one of the expert lecturers of this forum. The theme of the Application of Wood Structure and Aluminum Material in Parametric Design of Curtain Wall-Qiaogao Theatre, Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Center Business was shared with all the architects present.

Project sharing and communication

In 2022, FORCITIS held eight project sharing and exchange activities. Through the communication platform, we will present the summary and exploration of Furst in the realization of architectural schemes, interact with external owners and architects, and look forward to more exchanges and discussions with external counterparts to achieve common progress.

Innovation Future Competition

In 2022, FORCITIS held the first Maker Marathon Cup Innovation Future Competition. The tutor elaborated on the introduction of innovative methodology, the analysis of innovative five-step method, and the concept of prototype iteration. Under the guidance of the mentor, the partners are full of enthusiasm, presenting creative concepts on the prototype of team solution types, combing and integrating the process, methods and emotions in the work, and providing fantastic ideas for the company's future core competitiveness.

Technical Exchange Activities of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau

In September, at the invitation of the Northwest Branch of the Eighth Engineering Bureau of China Construction, the chief engineer of FORCITIS, Pei Zhihong, an expert of the Curtain Wall Academic Committee of the Architectural Society of China, Wan Jinquan, deputy chief engineer of FORCITIS, and Yuan Ju min, general manager of FORCITIS Engineering Management Department, went to Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. In September, at the 2022 Shanghai International Conference on Architectural Skin Design and Application, FORCITIS joined hands with WOODS-BAGOT to analyze Nanjing Shimao G11 project from two different perspectives of professional architects and curtain wall consultants.

Public welfare assistance

In 2022, the FORCITIS public welfare team went to Jurong and Gaochun twice to donate and hold a series of activities to help students. The partners of the public welfare team sent the money to the poor students one by one and encouraged them to cherish the precious opportunity, read more books, study hard and strive for self-improvement. Use the power of knowledge to realize the value of life.

Overcome the difficulties together and wait for spring to come

In 2022, the sudden outbreak of the epidemic made Xi'an press the pause button, and the epidemic touched the heartstrings of the people of the whole country. A large number of assistance, encouragement and caring greetings came from all directions, and FORCITIS also used its own way to help the small partners in the Xi'an office who were in the "epidemic" line.

In April, the epidemic situation in Shanghai was extremely tense. Faced with the fierce epidemic situation and the shortage of supplies, many small partners in Shanghai were worried about it. At the same time, small vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, pork, eggs and other vegetable packages have been the first to reach the most scarce partners in the relay of love between colleagues. During the special period of the epidemic, we sent real warmth to our small partners in Shanghai.

Happy running activities

In 2022, 40 members of the FORCITIS running group participated in the running punch card, and the total number of running kilometers was 15019 kilometers.

Among them, Liu Liang of the headquarters and Sun Ning of the lighting won the title of "FORCITIS Running Talent" in 2022, and won a pair of top carbon plate running shoes.

Public auction

Since its establishment, FORCITIS has been maintaining its position as an "independent third party" and the trust of its customers. Due to the professional ethics requirements and value bottom line of the consulting industry, the company requires all personnel to refuse to accept gifts or red envelopes from other units. If the goods cannot be returned due to special reasons, FORCITIS will auction them in the company's internal group, and the proceeds will be included in the public welfare fund. In 2022, FORCITIS received more than 80,000 yuan of public welfare funds for poor students!

From March 29 to 30, FORCITis held a two-day "Goose Program" training. Affected by the epidemic, this issue of "Goose Plan" was held online. Through the study of corporate culture, company product overview, technical post skills and other courses, the online "Goose Nine" learning program enables students to have a more complete understanding of the company and corporate culture.

League building activities
