 Project background

Zhangjiagang Lanxiu City is located on the east side of Zhangjiagang Vocational Middle Road and the north side of Zhenxing Road. It is located in the central business district of Shazhou Lake in Zhangjiagang. It is a hot construction plate integrating residence, education, culture, leisure and entertainment in Zhangjiagang City in recent years. With the orientation of " city leisure life center, " the project has been continuously studied in terms of architectural quality, brand format, theme block, service provision, culture and art introduction, aiming to lead the upgrading of consumer life in Zhangjiagang and create a one-stop destination shopping center that radiates Zhangjiagang.

 Facade design 

The project is a commercial, office and key landmark project built by Jin Mao of China in Zhangjiagang City. The curtain wall forms include : claw glass curtain wall, frame glass curtain wall, frame aluminum plate curtain wall, glass railing, aluminum alloy ventilation louver, perforated plate curtain wall, aluminum alloy grid, ceramic plate curtain wall, metal roof, lighting roof, woven texture ceramic plate curtain wall, etc. There are many kinds of materials, 20 kinds of glass and 3 kinds of metal plates. There are 15 curtain wall systems.

 1、The realization of woven texture ceramic curtain wall 

In terms of material selection, 25mm thick ceramic plate is selected, and 600x1500mm is one of the best gold specifications for ceramic plate, which is convenient for vertical hanging. In view of the large radius of the arc section of the ceramic plate curtain wall in this project, most of which are greater than 15 mm, considering the processing cost, transportation, installation and other factors of the arc ceramic plate, the flat ceramic plate is used to fit the arc section.

According to the design idea of unit curtain wall, each bulge is taken as a unit for overall installation. The assembly was carried out in the factory, and the three-dimensional model was used to assist the control.

On the color selection of ceramic plate, the visual model entity proofing comparison is carried out.

After the visual model is completed, the previous visual model is summarized and constructive suggestions are put forward.

Finally, the side of the triangular body is optimized to be an aluminum plate, which is sprayed to form an imitation ceramic plate facade treatment.

 2、Roof reticulated shell warping lighting roof 

In order to meet the needs of the owner and the scheme, the lighting roof part is designed as a small main body. The steel structure is designed by RBS and Enlightenment, and the equilateral triangular plate is used with a side length of about 2100 mm. In the form of aluminum alloy external shading, the curtain wall reserved shading fixed base.

Consider the drainage path of the condensation water of the lighting roof.

 3、city meeting room 

The living room part of the city hall adopts the fine-fitting steel plus point-clamped glass curtain wall. Because the span layer height is close to 20 meters, the permeability of the whole hall is realized. Using double super white, high transmittance glass.
