Project background
Ningbo Yinzhou Shimao Plaza is located in the center of the circle where the three major business districts such as Sanjiangkou Business Circle, Yinzhou Business Circle and Eastern New City Business Circle intersect. After several rounds of eastward expansion of the city, the southeast new town plate of Yinzhou, where Shimao Plaza is located, happens to be the centripetal of the three districts and the "geometric center" of Ningbo city. With the strong rise of the southeast new city plate in Yinzhou, it will witness the miracle of the rise of an international new city, and will also form a modern urban charm and livable residential area in Ningbo.

Design idea
For Ningbo Yinzhou Shimao Plaza, the moving line design of "Returning Home" is innovatively put forward, which empowers a beautiful life scene. With three theme elements of "City Deck", "Fashion Wave" and "Air Oasis", it lights up the urban space through various facade forms, bringing immersive shopping experience to consumers.

Facade design
The three-section facade modeling is applied in the project. Metal aluminum panel with large area creates the modeling concept of sailing. At the entrance, the modelling such as Panhuo beacon and crystal are used to attract people to shop and relax, and various facades are used to light up the urban space.
Grid trumpet flower shaped glass facade
The design of trumpet flower modelling breaks the routines. The facade seeks the focus of change in the rhythm of arc rotation, and its unique shape is impressive, which becomes the memory stay point of shoppers.
Aluminum plat facade
In terms of facade design, the metal aluminum panel with large area is used to create the modeling concept of building sailing. For division of the three-layer aluminum panel with large area, they are set with staggered joints with 1120x3600 and 1120x1700 as the basic modulus. Combined with division of aluminum panel, the size of aluminum panel rescue window is set to 1120x1900, and the distance to ground is 0.7m.
Main entrance
For the main entrance part, the stainless steel shuttle door frame with width of 400mm shall be used, and two stainless steel floor spring door with size of 2100x3600 shall be used.
No transverse secondary keel in the box part, and the glass is supported and fixed by bracing strips.
Rhombic perforated plate
Top of the rhombic plate shall be provided with a coping, which protrudes from the outermost profile of the rhombic plate by 50mm. The ideal facade effect can be achieved through the continuous optimization of rhombic perforated aluminum panel. The keel of the position with large area of the rhombic perforated plate is arranged obliquely according to the splitting joints of the rhombic plate.

Anodized aluminum panel of Panhuo beacon
The maximum plate size of anodized aluminum panel of Panhuo beacon is 1400x4000. The front is connected with the side plate, and the glue seam is set at 100mm of the side face to set the breaking joint. Of which, the point light source is arranged on the back panel of the internal measurement. Due to the special metallic feeling, it sets off the full sense of science and technology of architecture, provides visual focus for nearby people, and creates memory points of landmarks and regions.
Daylighting roof
Drainage tanks are set around the daylighting roof, and the drainage path is shown in the Fig. Edges of aluminum panels around are flat with the landscape surface, and structural flashing should be set around them. The flashing is 50mm lower than the lowest point of side glass, and it is recommended to set the drainage slope at 2%.
For the facade design of Shimao Plaza in Jinzhou, it extracts rich design language with Ningbo regional characteristics from the collision of natural elements, and realizes resonance with urban spirit with local vein culture.
