Project brief

The industrial park will be built into a headquarters cluster of nearly 10,000 designers and a city card of the design capital. ' A design park on the high line and a creative hub between the mountains and the city ' will present a distinctive design headquarters. During the architectural design phase of the project, Foster provided a full-process consulting service for the facade design, better integrating the architect 's creative concepts into the exterior design. The project is located in the business center of Shenzhen North Railway Station. It is located at the intersection of Longhua slow network and connects the eastern urban area, the western country park and the southern North Railway Station Square. The transportation is very convenient, which will provide strong support for the design enterprise to radiate the business of the whole country.

Future Middle School ( Hongshan Middle School ) is located at the junction of New District Avenue and Xiangrong Road in Minzhi Street, Longhua District.There are high-density urban villages on the west and south sides, and the overall tone is gray. Therefore, Hongshan Middle School chooses the white main color, clean and pure, to bring a bright color to the surrounding urban atmosphere. During the bidding stage of the project, Foster provided recruitment consultant services to assist Party A in establishing recruitment standards. In the project landing link, Foster provided construction inspection services to ensure the high-quality landing of the building.

Luogezhi Middle School is located in the central axis of Shenzhen. It is a new boarding high school with " science and technology characteristics " in Longhua District 's education system. It can provide 36 classes and 1800 degrees. In the bidding process of this project, Foster provided refined engineering consulting services, which made the project progress more smoothly through the design of bidding drawings, bidding and answering questions. In the later construction stage, Foster provided on-site inspection services to improve the quality of building landing. Based on the concept of service education, this project aims to break the shackles of venues and create a campus with vitality. Therefore, starting from the site environment, the design creates a learning atmosphere with pure white architecture and mountain form, and then blends with architectural form, facade details and courtyard space, and finally presents a campus space that connects nature, faces the future and is full of imagination.

The deep-sea science and technology city project is located in the eastern coastal area of Sanya Yazhou Bay, covering 15 square kilometers. From the planning of the project to the architectural design, Foster provides the whole process of facade design consulting services to assist the architect to better integrate the ' intervention strategy of borderless integration with the city ' into the exterior design. As one of the key parks for the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port, the project is a new practice of the ' Qiangang-Zhongqu-Houcheng ' model of China Merchants Group after Qianhai Shekou.
