In Nanjing, which is rich in historical heritage and numerous cultural sites, the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, which was completed and opened to traffic in 1968, is still an important landmark and city symbol. Standing on the river for more than half a century, it is the first highway and railway bridge across the Yangtze River designed and built by China, connecting the main city of south of the Yangtze River with Jiangbei New District; It links up the railway built in the late Qing Dynasty and becomes a part of the Beijing-Shanghai line.In Nanjing, a city with a rich historical heritage and many cultural attractions, the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, which was completed and opened to traffic in 1968, is still an important landmark and symbol of the city. Standing over the river for more than half a century, it was the first dual-purpose bridge designed and built by China itself to span the Yangtze River for both road and rail, connecting the capital city on the south side of the river with the new area on the north side of the river, and connecting the railroad built at the end of the Qing Dynasty, which has become part of today's Beijing-Shanghai line.
Adjacent to the north side of the bridge, Nanjing Qiaobei Mixc One is a medium-sized shopping center renovation project, which was originally a Ledohui shopping center and was stalled for a few years after the structure was topped out, and then taken over by China Resources Land. The common goal of the development, investment and design teams is to break away from the heavy limitations and seize the development opportunities of Jiangbei New District, thus leading the commercial upgrading of Jiangbei.

It is possible for continuously coping with future changes through innovation. Comprehensive development of TOD creates a vibrant city square, "Department Stores" innovate various spatial interpretations of retail commercial space, visually introduce sunshine + green, talk with nature, find the best format and facade form, and combine with the urban landscape of Yangtze River Bridge.
The large facade is mainly composed of point-supported glass facade and zigzag aluminum facade. Of which, lights are set inside the point-supported glass facade and the point-supported facade is set as a light box, which shows more crystal clear effect at night. In order to enhance the permeability effect, the main entrance and the south facade are designed in the form of large glass, which makes it more transparent and generous.
From a blueprint to a perfect bloom, Nanjing Qiaobei Mixc One has renewed the northern part of the Yangtze River by grasping the pulse of urban development and its unique understanding of commerce. CR Mixc Life will also bring the city, which has been bustling since ancient times, the excitement and endless vitality of dynamic changes.
