Chongqing The MIXc City Phase II is located in the Yangjiaping business district of Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. With the core of Line 2 and Xiejiawan Station of the rail loop line, it creates a TOD urban complex integrating shopping center, open block, high-end residence and office building. The second phase of positioning 'avant-garde trend', combined with the first phase of Vientiane City, the overall commercial volume reached 500,000 m2, becoming the largest volume of heavy luxury positioning Vientiane City in China.

Throughout the nine main urban areas of Chongqing, Jiulongpo, where Chongqing Vientiane City is located, is one of the key industrial bases in Chongqing in the early days of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The original site of the project is Chongqing Jiulongpo Construction Plant (formerly Hanyang Ordnance Factory). The planning fully respects the geographical characteristics, considers the century-old trees and air-raid shelters in the site as a whole, and the building avoids underground relics and ancient trees to form an enclosed atrium space.

In terms of space, the second phase of Chongqing Vientiane City fully respects the regional geographical characteristics and continues the urban humanistic feelings. The architectural design of the project is created by AUD alone. The northern district creates the facade with various facade designs and body blocks, which dispels the seriousness and boundary of the building. At the same time, it is equipped with a three-dimensional single-family box, an ancient tree square, a retreat and a block, creating a rich social scene.
FORCITIS provides design consulting services for the external facade systems and their ancillary components above the ground in office buildings, hotels, banquet halls, shopping centers, shopping streets, connecting corridors, residential buildings, kindergartens and above the ground, and the secondary structures supporting the curtain wall in this project. At the same time, with the design of the project logo and the design of the window cleaning machine, the architect assists the architect to skillfully stitch the atrium space, the commercial street space and the square space to create the central green island of the city.

Glass curtain wall system (including large-span glass curtain wall) : Located in the facade and tower crown of the tower, the maximum span of the 126m position of the tower is 12m. The large-surface glass adopts 8+12A+8 tempered hollow glass, and the interlayer backing is 8mm thick calcium silicate board, and the distance between the backing board and the air layer inside the glass is 50mm. The tower crown is 212 meters high, the maximum span of the tower crown curtain wall is 15 meters, and the panel adopts 8+12A+8 hollow glass.

T-shaped steel glass curtain wall system: located in the first floor of the tower and the banquet hall. The span of the curtain wall is up to 11 meters, and the main keel is designed with T-shaped steel keel, which minimizes the occupation of indoor space by keel on the premise of meeting the permeability demand.
Glass cantilever canopy system: located at the entrance of the hotel lobby at an elevation of about 130m.
Corrugated aluminum plate curtain wall system: Located in the west facade and south facade of the project, it adopts open design, built-in waterproof layer, and realizes glue seam concealment and light wiring through aluminum alloy decorative buckle line. The beam adopts aluminum alloy pipe keel high precision processing to adapt to the change of surface.

In the design process of the project, there are two kinds of decorative lines of high size. In order to facilitate the construction, it is necessary to design the same installation method. Based on past experience, the project team has made a horizontal ultra-wide decorative line installation node structure. Under the premise of clear outline and easy processing of aluminum alloy profiles, the installation of horizontal ultra-wide decorative lines has been realized, which not only meets the structural stress requirements, but also meets the appearance effect, and has applied for a utility model patent.
