Prince Bay Mansion

In September, the main structure of Shenzhen Prince Bay Mansion project has been fully capped, and the curtain wall construction is more than half. From the beautiful conception to the comprehensive capping, the temperature of ingenuity is reflected behind the brick and tile of the project.

As a supertall building, the construction difficulty of the project is far more than that of ordinary housing construction. It has the characteristics of high height, large engineering volume, tight construction period and high standard. BIM technology is applied in the whole process of construction, mainly in structural collision, drawing disclosure, scheme simulation, node deepening, etc., which greatly improves the construction quality and efficiency.

The overall planning area of the project is 139,000 square meters, and the building is as high as 250 meters. It is about to become the highest residential building in the Prince Bay area.

The scheme design gives full play to the superior mountain and sea geographical location of Prince Bay, echoes with the surrounding natural landscape, takes the dynamic reflection of water as the creative inspiration, creates an elegant and highly recognizable facade, and creates an art collection on the coastline.

The project is committed to building a high-end residential model in Shenzhen, emphasizing highly personalized high-quality supporting facilities to further outline the exquisite nobility of life.

The tower layout is vertically divided into two main areas, which can be reached by private exclusive elevators and directly to shared aerial gardens and facilities.

A vibrant public garden platform and a 30-metre infinity pool overlooking the sea are introduced at the bottom of the tower and above the podium.

After the completion of the project of Prince Bay Mansion, it will become another landmark building in the Shekou area of Shenzhen, further meet the high-end living quality needs of the Shekou Prince Bay cruise home port area, help build a high-end business talent living demonstration area in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and shape the 15 km gold coastline of Shenzhen Bay.
