Project background

Jinan, as the central city in the south wing of Bohai Sea Region, is called "Spring City" because of its numerous springs and "72 springs". With the supporting of such rich natural resources, how to integrate architecture with "water" and create a commercial subject wandering between "mountains and rivers" is the main goal of the project design.

Design idea

The design of modern architecture no longer pursues single functionality and practicality, but integrates natural and humanistic environment, and designs buildings with characteristic cultural atmosphere according to local conditions. The project is located in Jinan City. Combined with the local characteristics and humanistic atmosphere, on the basis of conforming to the tonality of urban night lighting, the design concept of "architecture is mountain, lighting is water" is put forward to create the artistic conception of crisscross mountains and rivers.

Lighting design

For commercial complex buildings, lighting plays a role not only in functional lighting, but also in bringing people a more comfortable sensory experience. The project can be regarded as a regular commercial complex layout, aiming at highlighting the unique architectural features of the business, creating a night scene atmosphere, gathering people, and improving the shopping experience and stimulating consumption with the help of lighting; Lighting has been endowed with more functions and meanings in commercial places.

The lighting design of the project mainly focuses on the integration of the main body presentation of the building periphery and the surrounding environment. In the scheme design stage, the potential needs of the owners are tapped through in-depth capital raising and digestion and in-depth communication with the owners. In addition, the surrounding environment of the building was investigated, and combined with the local cultural characteristics of Jinan, the design concept of "building is mountain and lighting is water" was finally put forward, which won the satisfaction of the owners.

Keep communication with buildings and curtain walls providers in the early stage of design, review the floodlighting installation position and mode, put the lighting nodes in the curtain wall drawings, bid for construction disclosure in the later stage, emphasize the special installation of lamps and key points for attention, and participate in the debugging of lighting effects to achieve the final perfect landing effect.

Appropriate use of hand-painted form can express lighting ideas and intentions. After making the renderings according to the design ideas, the landing of the effects is made clear, and the professional ability of the owner team as a lighting design consultant is clearly conveyed. After the planning scheme was approved, the lighting design direction was made clear, and the detailed scheme was successfully completed.

In various lighting design, the original intention is often to achieve the effect of seeing light without seeing lights, which requires integrated design of all disciplines, cooperation and research in advance to ensure the consistency of landing effect in the later period. For the selection of lamps, according to the self-test table and sample sealing table of Wanda standard, the beam angle and color temperature of lamps have been carefully adjusted, in order to ensure the realization of the effect on the basis of meeting Wanda standard.

The biggest design highlight of the project lies in the integration of commercial subjects and urban humanities. Use the lighting skillfully to create a unique fashion shopping center belonging to "Spring City". At the peripheral folded perforated plate of the shopping mall, LED high-power wall washer lights in Wanda Standard Lamps Library are used. Through the control of built-in microchips, the dynamic effects such as gradual change, random flicker, jump, color flicker and gradual change alternation can be realized. Under the condition of meeting the lighting demand, a more suitable shopping atmosphere can be created.

Epilogue

For the lighting design of Qihe Sunac Wanda Plaza, combining the local characteristic culture with the architectural characteristics of the commercial complex, the design team took "enhancing people's experience" as the starting point, and created a commercial lighting system with "mountains and rivers" reflecting each other, giving more functions and meanings to the lighting of commercial places and giving people the ultimate sensory experience!
