Project background

Waterfront gardens, high-rise buildings, broad roads, star-rated hotels... In 2021, an epic of urban rejuvenation was staged in Guaotou, and the regional style was changing with each passing day. During the stay of Jin Mao in Aojiang, "Aojiang International New City" gradually became the new business card of ancient Aotou.

In this year, the Aojiang River Basin has taken on a new look, and has successively completed a series of construction achievements, such as the delivery of the East Pavilion of Aojiang International Convention and Exhibition Center, the opening of the first phase of Huang Gongwang Park, the signing of the super high-rise Pullman Hotel, and the opening of Shuishen Road and Yanjiang Road. With the rapid development of new city construction, a series of beautiful new city imaginations are shining into reality, and the ancient Aotou is rapidly connecting with the future, where Jinmao Mansion is located.

Design idea

According to the planning and design points: The architectural style is modern and simple, and the main colors of the building are gray and champagne gold, highlighting elegance, and focusing on the organic integration with the surrounding buildings and environment. It is durable and durable, and also highly recognizable and has excellent texture.

Facade design

The materials of the project are aluminum plates and coatings, and the colors are extracted from the traditional architectural color elements, showing the "warmth, elegance and calmness" of the residence, with rich architectural color levels.

Bay window grille: The transverse grille runs through the bottom of the bay window, with fine decoration details. There are many concave inside the bay window, and the paint on the inside saves the cost, which has little influence on the facade effect. The bottom of railing glass is grooved, and the inner side is coated. The railing should be the steel columns as the main stress members, and the outer side is covered with aluminum alloy profiles, thus improving the facade effect. Glass railing handrail should be the aluminum alloy, and the surface can be sprayed with fluorocarbon, which is uniform in color and consistent in color and has metallic texture.

Vertical grille: The vertical grille is connected with the frame by spring pin, which is convenient to install. The grille frame is added between the grille and the aluminum plate to avoid damaging the aluminum plate. The metallic grille endows the facade with a brand-new style.

Louver grille: The equipment platform should be the modeling method of transverse louver grille. As its width is up to 2.6m, considering the flatness of louver grille, vertical stiffeners are set at the back side of grille to strengthen the strength of transverse grille.

Aluminum plate facade: 3mm fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum veneer (large surface), 100x50x5 hot-dip galvanized rectangular steel pipe for columns, L50X4 hot-dip galvanized angle steel for crossbeams, and 3mm aluminum alu angle are used for the connection. By changing the traditional channel steel into L-shaped galvanized angle steel adapter, the steel content of adapter is reduced, so that RMB 3 can be saved per square meter.

In the molding column aluminum facade system, we used the 2.5mm fluorocarbon sprayed aluminum plate. Profiles are used for the eaves, and the column should be the 100x50x4 hot-dip galvanized rectangular steel pipe, and the beam should be the L50X4 hot-dip galvanized angle steel; Structural form: Single-span simply supported beam is used; and the pendant is connected with 3mm aluminum alu angle.

Glass fence: the surface material should be the 8+1.14pvb+8 laminated & tempered glass; and the upright column should be the 80x20 hot dip galvanized steel sheet. Through comparison, we suggest that the glass groove should not be connected with the aluminum plate, and the U-shaped groove should be coated on the railing glass to ensure that the color of the window and the glass is the same.

The connection between facade and balcony is related to the overall effect of the project, and the details are more important. For conventional facade, the aluminum plate of facade is often extended to the inner part of balcony wall, which leads to the deviation of visual effect at close range. We suggest that the aluminum alloy profile frame should be set in the wall part of the life balcony, which should be coordinated with the color and material of the metal window cover. To protrude the edges and corners of the frame and reduce the glue lines at the splicing place, the metal frame around should be the aluminum alloy profiles with open dies. 

Canopy at the entrance of the house: It consists of 2.5mm champagne gold fluorocarbon aluminum veneer and 2.5mm gray fluorocarbon aluminum veneer. The grille is hollowed out and the glass top is added. The lower part of the vertical aluminum plate is provided with water drip to avoid the lateral circulation of rainwater, thus polluting the ceiling of the bottom aluminum plate. Lay sound-absorbing cotton on the top of the canopy to reduce the impact of noise on residents upstairs.

Stone facade: The position of the first floor at the entrance of the north facade is changed from aluminum plate to smooth stone, which makes the overall quality feel stronger. SE pendant is recommended for stone facade of podium building, which can be adjusted up and down to ensure stone flatness.

Welcome building: The vertical metal lines are perfectly combined with the glass facade with exposed frame, and the canopy ceiling is tightly assembled to avoid large glue lines in the middle of the aluminum plate.

In the view of China Jinmao, only by building a city with multi-formats, multi-supporting facilities and integration of production and city can the sustainable operation and development of the city be realized. Jinmao Aojiang International New City takes one axis and one area as the overall design idea, and takes humanism, ecology and digitalization as the value orientation, creating a future city with "wisdom", "ecology", "innovation" and "culture" coexisting, livable, suitable for industry and tourism.
