The Forcitis 2024 "Gathering Fireworks to Win the Future" corporate culture activity was carried out in an orderly manner from March 12th to April 26th. This activity runs through three cultural themes: "customer-centric", "employee happiness", and "innovation and entrepreneurship". The process lasted for a month, selecting excellent customer service benchmark teams for each subsidiary, summarizing the happiness list of each BU, and even more emerging excellent innovation and entrepreneurship projects.



On April 26th, we held this event in Nanjing, and other business units organized offline activities with the same theme at the same time. Intended to bring together three cultural themes through a combination of knowledge and action, leading partners to learn and understand corporate culture together.

【Customer centricity】


In this section, we conducted a comprehensive review of the customer satisfaction report for 2023 in order to better understand their needs and feedback. At the same time, we also delved into the excellent achievements of each subsidiary in customer satisfaction and shared their successful experiences.


These experience sharing not only enrich our knowledge reserve, but also provide us with valuable reference and inspiration, which will help us better meet the needs of customers and improve their satisfaction level in future work. Through this learning and communication process, we have gained a deeper understanding of customer satisfaction work and have also pointed out the direction and goals for our future work.

【Entrepreneurship Competition】



Innovation is the key to the continuous development and breakthrough of enterprises. The holding of entrepreneurship competitions is not only the exploration and cultivation of employee potential, but also an innovative practice of corporate culture. This competition is the preliminary round of the first Forster Entrepreneurship Competition, with a total of 4 projects. The judging panel provides detailed feedback and guidance to each entrepreneurial group.


Through such opportunities and platforms, Forcitis partners showcase their talents and engage in in-depth communication with colleagues from various departments of the enterprise. The boundaries within the enterprise have been broken, sparking more innovative sparks.



The judging panel is composed of senior executives and industry experts from Forcitis, who evaluate the project based on its innovation, feasibility, and market potential. This process fully demonstrates the recognition of innovation value by enterprises and also meets the global standards for measuring the sustainable growth ability of enterprises.



After the competition, the judging panel decided to further incubate and support some projects, hoping to transform these innovative concepts into practical commercial achievements.


Through this competition, Foster successfully built a platform to promote innovation and encourage entrepreneurship, activating the innovative potential of employees, and further promoting Foster's innovation culture. This is not only an innovative and entrepreneurial practice within Forster, but also an exploration and outlook on the future development direction of the construction industry.
